Jeremy Piven is a Broadway dropout. The Entourage star has been starring in Speed The Plow on the Great White Way for the past few months, but he announced yesterday that he will be leaving the show immediately due to health concerns. Jeremy has called in sick for a few shows and finally called it quits for good, citing doctor’s orders. But director David Mamet seems to be stunned by the actor’s abrupt departure.
